There’s no one-size-fits-all cookie-cutter workout plan here. Your Inner Shift Fitness training program is designed specifically for you, your body and your goals.

How it works:

We'll start with a comprehensive 60-minute assessment. We’ll drill down into your goals, your exercise history, review any past injuries or issues, and talk about your current nutrition situation. We'll talk about where you are, and where you want to go. 

After that, I’ll observe you in a series of movement assessments so I can get a sense of how you move and what our starting point is.

Your assessment can happen in person or online.

From there, you have three training options:

One on One Personal Training - In-Person or Online

  • Comprehensive, custom training programming that includes a tailored self-myofascial release protocol, a dynamic mobility and activation warm-up, and full-body progessive workouts.
  • 4 one-on-one Training sessions per month, scheduled once per week (in-person or virtual)
  • Accountability to keep you on track.
  • $299 per month

Fierce One on One Personal Training - In-Person or Online

  • Comprehensive, custom training programming that includes a tailored self-myofascial release protocol, a dynamic mobility and activation warm-up, and full-body progressive workouts.
  • 8 one-on-one Training sessions per month, scheduled twice per week (in-person or virtual).
  • Accountability to keep you on track. 
  • $599 per month

Buddy Training: Personal Training for Two - In-Person or Online 

  • Comprehensive, custom training programming that includes a tailored SMR protocol, a dynamic mobility and activation warm-up, and full-body progressive workouts.
  • Accountability to keep you on track.
  • 4 one-on-one Training sessions per month (in-person or virtual). 
  • $399 per month
