TRAINING RATES

Every training package includes

  • A comprehensive movement assessment, nutrition review, and goal setting session
  • A custom training program that includes a tailored self-myofascial release protocol, dynamic mobility and activation warm-up, and full-body progressive workouts.
  • Accountability to keep you on track.
  • In-person and virtual options

Weekly One on One Personal Training 

  • 4 one-on-one Training sessions per month, scheduled once per week (in-person or virtual)
  • $75 per session/$299 per month

Bi-weekly One on One Personal Training

  • 8 one-on-one Training sessions per month, scheduled twice per week (in-person or virtual).
  • $75 per session/ $599 per month

Buddy Training: Personal Training for Two (In-Person or Online) 

  • 4 one-on-one Training sessions per month, scheduled once per week (in-person or virtual). 
  • $100 per session/$399 per month
