There’s no one-size-fits-all. Your Inner Shift Fitness training program is designed specifically for you, your body and your goals.

Here’s how it works:

We'll start with a comprehensive 60-minute assessment appointment that can happen in person or online. We’ll drill down into your goals, your exercise history, review any past injuries or issues, and talk about your current nutrition situation.

After that, I’ll observe you in a series of movement assessments so I can get a sense of how you move and what our starting point is.

From there, you have three options:

One on One Personal Training - In-Person or Online

  • Comprehensive, custom training programming that includes a tailored SMR protocol, a dynamic mobility and activation warm-up, a strength training workout with an interval finisher, and an endurance circuit. 
  • Communication with me and accountability to keep you on track.
  • Weekly 60-minute one-on-one Training session (in-person or virtual). 
  • $299 per month

Fierce One on One Personal Training - In-Person or Online

  • Comprehensive, custom training programming that includes a tailored SMR protocol, a dynamic mobility and activation warm-up, a strength training workout with an interval finisher, and an endurance circuit. 
  • Communication with me and accountability to keep you on track.
  • Eight one-on-one Training sessions per month, scheduled twice per week (in-person or virtual). 
  • $599 per month

Partner Personal Training - In-Person or Online

  • Comprehensive, custom training programming that includes a tailored SMR protocol, a dynamic mobility and activation warm-up, a strength training workout with an interval finisher, and an endurance circuit. 
  • Communication with me and accountability to keep you on track.
  • Four one-on-one Training sessions per month (in-person or virtual). 
  • $399 per month
