I love the thoughtful integrated personalized workouts Natascha puts together for me! Her focus is on the whole person - diet, sleep, exercise, etc. It's the best part of my mid-week!

Natascha helped me turn my life around, I'm a diabetic and my A1c numbers were going up.I was at the point where if I didn't do something I would have to start on insulin, My weight was 365 pounds. With her, I have lost over 50 lbs and my A1C has gone below 7. She not only teaches you how to exercise correctly, she has also taken the time to determine the root cause of my issues and comes up with solutions and a plan that for me have been instrumental in achieving my goals. Every workout session has been different and challenging but always achievable, she is a great motivator and I look forward to her sessions every week.
I attend a weekday morning HIIT group class. Before we begin, Natascha explains every exercise, provides modified versions, and while we're going through the circuit workout she's constantly checking in, making sure we have correct form and cheering us on.
It's not an easy time to be leading group workouts (Covid-19). Stations are outside and far apart, and there is hand sanitizer everywhere. Natascha does a really great job of keeping things "normal" while keeping us engaged, mixing up the exercises every week.
There is time before and after class to discuss personal goals and fitness levels. She's a very good listener and remembers what everyone says from week to week.
If you're unsure of your fitness level, she's the kind of person that will push you to work harder but not beyond your means and NEVER make you feel "less than." It's not a competitive class. It's about doing what you can for the time you're there, and then being done for the day! :)
Let’s start this off by saying that Natascha is wonderful and that her approach to fitness is refreshing.
Let’s follow it up with this. I’ve had a gym membership for a very... well... it’s not important how long I’ve had it. What is important is how ineffective and irregular the results of a regular gym habit have been for me. It was at a local gym where my distaste of “bootcamp” style workouts began. Mostly because of injuring myself in several of them.
I found out about Natascha’s socially distanced, totally safe and secure, outdoor group exercise classes ( This is a pandemic. These things are important) after meeting Natascha through a mutual friend. I was hesitant to sign up because, Covid, injuries, laziness etc. so on and so forth.
Begrudgingly, and out of sense of obligation, I signed up. Totally wasn’t looking forward to it. Wanted to move so I would have an excuse not to go. Seriously. We called our realtor, Scott Harrington. He’s a great guy check him out.
Anyway, selling the house didn’t work out, so I went.
Now I’m there. It’s seven freaking seven-thirty in the morning. I’ve had some coffee, so it’s not the worst.
We start exercising. I’m unsure of myself but I feel a little more confident as the first exercise comes to a close, and we move on to the next. As I begin to struggle Natascha is right there to verbally guide my form and provide encouragement. I’m not special. She’s doing this for everyone. Which seems impossible, but what do I know.
By the end of this thing I’m f@&$ing crushing it. Well maybe not crushing it. But I’m feeling good about myself.
What impresses me the most was the individual attention she gave to everyone. It wasn’t manufactured workout lingo either. It was tailored encouragement for each person. Stuff they and I NEEDED to hear.
That’s the thing that hooked me. Not everyone has the same path in life. Some people struggle more than others. Some people need to be told to
Go harder and some people need to be told to slow down and some people need to Know that it’s ok that they can’t do a certain exercise, and that they can modify it.
She gets that and she quickly adapts to your style and has the keys to your motivation.

I have been doing the Courtyard Bootcamp every week and it has been amazing. Natasha gives you a great work out and she also makes it fun. She is so encouraging and also helps me work on my form so I know I am getting the best results. I can tell every week I am getting stronger and I also feel more confident with myself. I look forward to going every week, unlike going to a gym some where.
Natascha is a joy to work with. She communicates goals and ideas very effectively and creates an atmosphere of both comfort and motivation, all while working you hard for your level of fitness. I have the utmost respect and admiration for her style of training and recommend her highly.
Inner Shift has been a great return to exercise for me. After group and personal training for decades, then after a break, i've struggled to find a trainer that focuses as much on correct form as just exercises.

I never thought I’d look forward to an early morning boot camp class until I’ve experienced Inner Shift Fitness. Natascha is the perfect blend of badass motivation and kindness, encouraging me to push beyond my comfort zone, while still honoring my body and keeping good form. The workouts always have a great soundtrack and she has fostered a supportive, accepting community of people. I feel safe there as well, as we’re outdoors, spaced apart, and there is hand sanitizer at every workout station. I’ve also worked with Natascha for one-on-one training, where she assessed my fitness level and imbalances and crafted a workout plan tailored to my needs. As a chiropractor, I was very impressed with her knowledge and efficacy.
